The flow is too complicated, the receptionist told Lt. 2 dr Lt. 2 was ordered to Lt. B. At Lt. B turned out to be just an admin, only then did the antigen process on the Lt. 1. Too complicated, I mean why are the antigen and administration processes not in the same place? Too waste of time. Sorry but this is my first and also last time antigen here, too complicated for me. In Traveloka, it is written that the test results can be sent via email / softcopy, but for Serology, softcopy cannot be sent, it must be taken directly. Finally, complaint via WhatsApp, and then assisted in sending the serology results. Next time won't come here for sure.
