The voucher redemption process is quite long, first we have to register... we are asked to fill in our personal data and after that we are told to go to the cashier, the cashier is told to screenshot the voucher number and send an email to the cashier at Antam Hospital, only after that we are allowed to enter the room antigen, which is to be precise near the ICU room. Even here, we are told to wait for the antigen tools to be prepared first. For antigen results, you can wait or a request can be sent by email. If you want to wait, it's about 30 minutes and if you want it to be emailed, all you have to do is write down our email address on the form given to the nurse.

Hospital have good safety rules, good administration. Swab is really fast. The result should be in 1day, but they already sent us the result only in 12 hours (I think it depends on their schedule)
