I'm disappointed that the PCR is here, I've waited 1x24 hours, it turns out that the sample is not legible, so the sample was taken again. This is the first time I received information that the PCR was not legible, while in other places, it was enough to take a sample and there were immediate results. What if I have a need to fly for the next flight but the results can't come out, it's definitely not recommended to check here.

The service is bad, every time they come they are not served right away, instead they are busy talking behind the back. Didn't realize there were guests coming. Please pay more attention, while guests are waiting even though you are not busy.
