Basically the services from Pramita Clinic are quite good. However, it is unfortunate that many officers do not know that the company is collaborating with Traveloka and does not know the redeem process. This results in a long waiting time for staff to confirm. Then at the time of taking the results that should be sent via email but must be visited first so that it is sent to the customer's email. Lastly, the cost of ordering PCR at Traveloka is slightly more expensive than the original price.
