service is ok but quite disappointing for the swab results. I swab antigen in the morning at half past 10 and he said the results would come out in 30-60 minutes and could come out at Care Protect. After 60 minutes, the results still haven't appeared in Care for Protect even until the afternoon. I tried calling several times to Labklin but no one answered even though it was still operating hours. finally the results in Peduli Protect came out the next morning. even though the results of the swab are important and urgent, but the results are out in more than 12 hours even though it is only antigen, not PCR.
