The staff is friendly and the process is fast but the result is not connected to PeduliLindung. Maybe a laboratory system of this size needs to be improved to make it easier for processes that currently need to be connected to the PeduliLindung application

The process was a bit slow, however the waiting line for customer with online voucher was fast. Another thing is a result of the antigen test didn't appear on PeduliLindungi.

I happened to order via a browser and when I arrived at the location, it turned out that I had to redeem the voucher via the application and couldn't download it via the browser. OK, download and log in and then redeem, it turns out that the sampler who did the swab hasn't arrived yet, so I waited almost 40 minutes in total.

Security guards need to be more friendly and serve more, because those who come are not necessarily Salatiga and surrounding areas.
