The employee on duty that day said they couldn't play without a membership. I'd brought my kids to play several times without having to purchase a membership, allowing them to play for just two hours or all day. But that day, I was required to purchase a more expensive membership. I'd already explained that this wasn't my first time there and that I only wanted two hours with four kids. Without trying to understand my situation with the kids, my children and I were forced to leave disappointed.
