The staff is prompt, friendly, and it's the quietest Timezone I've ever been to.

It was so much fun, and the staff was incredibly friendly. From the initial ticket exchange, which didn't produce a barcode, they helped until it was done. The service was top-notch.

It was a bit quiet when I went there... most of the games were out of order and the playground was also closed because it was still being cleaned.

DISAPPOINTED! I was traveling from Banyuwangi to Surabaya via Jember. I was hoping to arrive at Jember by 6:00 PM and stop by Trans Studio Mini Jember. I topped up my voucher through Traveloka and didn't pay attention to visiting hours (my mistake was rushing to top up my voucher without checking for new regulations). When I arrived at TSM, I immediately took the elevator to the 3rd floor, if I'm not mistaken. I was shocked; it was pitch black and there was no sign. I asked the security guard at the front of Superindo and they told me it closed at 5:00 PM or 6:00 PM, I forget exactly. In the end, my 100,000 Rupiah voucher expired. I hope this review helps friends from outside Jember who want to visit TSM so they don't end up disappointed like I did. Thanks

The mall is closed, there is no confirmation from Traveloka or Trans Kuta Oendatang, who knows, Traveloka is really bad

The ticket exchange process had to wait and it was suggested to buy tickets directly, whereas I bought a ticket package with a hotel booking.

Some staff are friendly and quite helpful, but why when exchanging tickets that come out of the machine for prizes, the rest is not given, but taken by the cashier. This is really strange. Even though it is the customer's right, it can be exchanged another time.

Transstudio Mini Jember could be a local entertainment alternative that is worth trying.

It's quite economical to use vouchers. There are quite a lot of games, but there's no AC so it's very hot.

Price according to facilities. Mini rides but quite interesting for children.

The entrance ticket price is still reasonable, especially if you buy it via the app, just scan it and there are often promotions.. 😄

My child was so tired from playing that he went straight to sleep when he got home 😅. Thank God he was satisfied playing.
