The trip and tourguide to the temples was actually great! However, the confirmation of the booking from the tour was very unclear since the beginning, I got no whatsoever communication of my pickup point and time until few hours before the trip, and they even sent me the wrong number of the tourguide. I was really worried and unsure at that moment. Please improve the communication and service of TripGuru.

Mr Mee is very friendly and gave good service. He brought us to the places and told us many things about the site, however he made sure that he was speaking the appropriate amount. This made him an excellent tour guide because he knows how to balance how much he is talking without compromising on our fun. Whenever we are in doubt, he will not hesitate to help us. Even when we asked him something not related to this tour, he is willing to take a further step to help us.
