I bought 4 tickets to go on a cloud hunting tour and the itinerary on the schedule is until 3-4pm. The driver and guide are very good. Only thing is that my tour was changed to go half a day until more than 11am to return (the company has a half-day tour with a lower price) I asked the hdv, she faltered. That afternoon, Happy day company called me to ask my evaluation of the trip. After I asked again, she also confirmed that my tour was supposed to go to a few more places and it took until 4 o'clock to finish the tour. After that, she couldn't answer why I paid for the full day tour but only joined the half day tour. I came back the next day, so I didn't want to say anything more to lose my joy. Hope to be more professional in the future.
