The staff service was incredibly good, pick up was on time, the trip was also not rushed, recommended!

Schedule Ok, very well organized. But pick up not really early so that we couldn’t get the best spot at the top view. However, still beautifull view from the mountain side.

A great place to visit, but we couldn't see the sunrise due to foggy weather. Definitely recommended.

We were picked up as requested by our shuttle driver, Mr. Yuli, and then Mr. Supri for the Jeep to Bromo. It was fun and enjoyable. The air at Bromo wasn't too cold, so it was still safe to breathe.

Overall it's okay, maybe we could add more time at Bromo to climb the mountain

Many thanks to all people involved in organizing the trip! All the scheduling was well organized. We were picked up from our hotel at exact agreed time. The driver of the off-roader does not speak English, but anyway he is a pleasant and friendly person. He allowed one of us to sit on the front seat and gave as much time as we wanted in any place along the route to take photos and enjoy the nature. The Bromo National Park is definitely one of the best places to visit in Indonesia! Note for potential tourists: Don’t forget to take warm clothes because it is only around 10 degrees at night there. And use SPF after the sunrise to avoid sunburns during hiking on the Bromo Crater. Small bottles of water are provided by the driver, but better take more with you. In the local cafes on view points you can pay with cash or QR. Return time is little bit unpredictable due to possible weather conditions or traffic jam on the narrow mountain roads. For example, we left the hotel at 00:30 and got back at 13:00.

The places visited were complete, sunrise, Bromo crater, facilities, noisy sand, Teletubbies hill, only the driver couldn't speak English with Korean and Chinese guests, so we were the translators :)

The package price was very reasonable. We were picked up from our hotel in Batu for an additional fee of IDR 200,000 round trip. It was a bargain. The pick-up person, driver, and guide were very polite and friendly. The meeting times were very well-timed, so we always got a good spot, and it wasn't too crowded. Everything felt very enjoyable and satisfying.

the tour guide not friendly not give information about destination in brimo sunrise. We must take ojeg to bromo kingkong hill and find it self no information at all..it’s very dissapointed

Fun, picked up at the hotel on time, the feeder driver with Mas Heri was friendly, the jeep driver Mr. Syamsul was good at driving, communicative, can be a guide - helping to find photo spots & helping to take photos too. Recommended for those who want to take a Sunrise Bromo tour.

The tour is recommended from the beginning of the pick-up (the time is right and the fleet is good) when starting to use the jeep, the driver is also experienced in both the terrain and the quality as a guide to places that are indeed the choice, but the timing during a long holiday in my opinion is not right because it is very congested because many people visit so far by seeing the beauty of Bromo all the tiredness is paid off thank you sunrise tour mount bromo

We don't know the chosen package doesn't included tour guide. Jeep drop off at Sunrise Point.There is no information board way to Kingkong Hill. Some "ojek" offerred trip to Kingkong Hill with pricey. The good point is flexible time we had during visit all spots. Nice feeder driver and skillfull jeep driver. Keep good work

It's good for local solo traveler, but i think the open trip team should give more info the details of this trip to the guest especially to foreigners because they didn't know well the area. Need to be improved.

My local friend helped me book this one day trip from 00:00 to 12:00. You will hardly sleep that night but it is worthy to feel tired. If you are lucky like me, good weather makes wonderful volcanos perfect! The driver just drove, didn’t talk too much, but you may ask him for helping take pictures. That sunrise view point might be too popular that it is full of people specifically Chinese people who talking loudly with bad manners. Be aware of them. The one day trip fee $800K and it includes pick up in city, jeep in mountains, entrance fee of park. Breakfast is not included and there is no time for that. Prepare your food by yourself and when you are in somewhere, eat it. Generally, it is well recommended to join this tour.
