The tour schedule is quite good. After I booked the tour on the app, the company contacted and gave careful instructions from the operator to the tour guide.

This tour is suitable for adults or Western tourists. Families with children should consider more carefully. Because each stop takes 40-45 minutes. Difficult to visit. Rushed. About the tour guide, the waiter on the boat, I give it 5 stars. The food is delicious. The boat to visit the bay is a bit old. But it's okay compared to the price I paid. 4 people picked up in Hanoi by bus for 3,900,000 VND plus 400,000 VND for the buffet lunch. Overall, I give it 8/10 points.

My family booked a tour of 6 people and was quite satisfied with the cruise. The staff on the ship were very nice, the service was complete. The attractions were too hot and crowded but it was okay because we could still sit on the ship and rest. My whole family was satisfied because the bay scenery was very beautiful; the meal had a lot of seafood.

Everything was near okay. As i said the issue is with the food. Nowhere it was mentioned that if there is veg food. Neither the tour operator helped me out with that. He asked me to sit pn a seat. I thought it is because i am vegetarian but that was not the case. So confusing.

Went to Ha Long Bay with SST Travel and i loved it! It felt like a private tour since there were only 6 people in the group, the tour guide Thanh is caring and has good english. The customer service responded very quick and helpful. Our ship even upgraded to the 5 star quality !

The tour was well-arranged by the tour operator in Hanoi. The guide's name was Ken. I forgot his Vietnamese name. But he is professional and very energetic. I suggest another guest should upgrade your food to all you can eat, rather than a set menu (included). The foods are sumptuous, such as prawns, shells/clams, chicken, fish, many fries, and desserts. I took an optional tour of Halong Bay on a speed boat (USD 10/ person) and a bamboo boat (USD 2/ person). It was so lovely and recommended. I am not a hiking person, so I am not going up to the SURPRISING CAVE and TIKTOP Island. I just enjoy most of the time on the boat. The cruise boat is clean and comfortable. I am onboard OTIS Cruise boat (the name). Thank you

I ordered the one day trip to Ha Long Bay, including the round-trip bus. it is very worth it. Besides, I would like to appreciate the tourguide (Robert Hung) that contacted every single person the day before the trip. He is genuinely nice and guided us well. The food in the cruise is fresh and delicious. Highly recommended to take a Ha Long Bay tour when you visit Hanoi. *tips : don't forget to put the sunscreen on and bring some clothes in case you want to swim or kayaking
