The tour was so amazing. Visited all of the places listed in the package. Our tour guide Mr Dastra is one of the coolest guy, so informative about the Bali culture. He even brought us to several places even though it is not in our listed places in the package. Can be multiskill, can be your photographer. It is recommended to have a guide with Mr Dastra. The car is clean and well maintained.

We were accompanied by Mr Yasmika from Bali4U tour, he arrived on time at 8.30. We visited 3 places; Desa Panglipuran, Kintamani (just sightseeing), and Tegalalang Rice Paddy, due to limited time. However, it was a nice experience, I would recommend to skip Kintamani, if you want to visit the main destination

The driver, Kak Aris arrived in time at our hotel. The car is clean and comfortable, one bottle of mineral water per person was also provided when we started our tour. There were no tight time limit per location so we have to manage the time ourselves. Kak Aris also provided information about the current condition of our destination such as the harvested Tegalalang rice paddy which helped us decided to skip it to save our time on the other destinations. He also knows the route very well. Note that the tour didn't respond to my chat previously so I had to call them to confirm my reservation. This can be improved for the next guest.

the travel office did not share my contact number to the tour guide so when he arrived in hotel, he cannot reach me (i already left room), i contact the travel office asking for the tour guide but got delayed response. when we start our journey, the tour guide said that since its raining, the waterfall is not recommended since there will be a lot of mud in the water, paddy view also not recommended, why would this not being informed to us in advance? at least to manage our expectation. panglipuran is ok. the tour guide even deliver umbrellas to us when its raining. which is great. unpleasant experience is when we being guided to restaurant Amorain Kintamani which at the beginning only introduced to us as buffet restaurant, where the food is not tasty and limited options of food, more to Indian food where we are not familiar with, at cost of 150++ IDR per pax. we offer the tour guide to lunch with us as well. After eat, we go to 2nd floor and just realized that the restaurant also offer ala cart food, when we ask this to the tour guide, he's a bit startled on answeing, just saying that we might not like mujair fish (on contrary there is pasta, fried rice, at even affordable price and looks even better than the buffet). other experience is acceptable, tour guide showing effort in providing cultural background explanation on Balinese local culture, and he is polite. we do not got chance to visit pura since it was raining. he drive us back to hotel at the end of the tour at 17.00.

I ordered a tour for my parents, The staff service is bad attitude and their way of reminding customers about the trip is very bad, there is no friendliness, SOP that pressures customers, if they are 5 minutes late they will be left even though this is a private tour. Other travels are very friendly in reminding customers. This travel has a very bad SOP! But for my parents' travel guide, Bli damar if I'm not mistaken his name is 😁 very friendly, the best to my parents. Thank you 😁
