The tour itself was great and very informative. However, this app agent/website messed up! There was no specific timing stipulated on the ticket, and it just said full day admission. Inside the aplication page, it said guided tours run from 11:30, 12:00... until 15:30. But, when I got to the Opera house, they said my slot was scheduled for 10:30 a.m. and was supposedly already communicated to the app agent. Luckily, the counter lady and her supervisor were kind enough to allow me to go for a later timeslot. Otherwise, my ticket would have been burnt. Agent needs to be more transparent!
