The staff is attentive and always ready to help! Be careful with children's safety because the train windows are low and quite wide, there is a risk of falling into the train when moving quickly or braking suddenly.

When I booked the ticket, Traveloka still accepted it without informing that there were no seats available and as a result we did not have our official seats even though we still had to pay the fee like many other customers. Can this be considered a scam to sell services to customers?

40th anniversary trip. Beautiful train and polite staff. High class and clean services and impressive stops. Each stop has a very chill and romantic cafe. The ticket price is very reasonable compared to the value received during the trip.

Worth going, standing at the back of the train and seeing the city will be better than sitting inside. Go and arrive on time, worth experiencing once.

At first I went to the wrong stop but the staff was super enthusiastic in helping me get to the right stop and still on time. I went on a beautiful day and right at sunset so I got a lot of beautiful photos.

Buying tickets is very easy. Location is in the city. The boat is also comfortable and clean. A good view is better at night. Tickets are very cheap and affordable.

Booking tickets online is quick and cheap. If you arrive late, you will not be transferred to the next trip and must buy a new ticket. The train should have a wide railing so that passengers can stand more because this is the place where you can observe the surrounding scenery most fully.

The water bus is cheap and the service is good. It would be better to have seats on the second floor. I stood outside to enjoy the scenery most of the way.
