Our trip was unlucky and we were not able to see Mt Fuji due to rain but the trip was smooth and pleasant. The driver was very friendly and considerate. We went to a few spot and ended in Gotemba outlet. We arrived back to our hotel safely. Overall acceptable trip but just unfortunately not able to see Mt Fuji.

So happy to have the snow experience and the comfort of using a private transfer car.

there's no confirmation from Traveloka, until I made some complaints. the booking keep saying "voucher in progress" for days, until I made some phonecalls they finally said that I didnt need a voucher. the driver contacted me D-1. the driver is nice, but she (driver is a woman) drove really slow and keeps playing with her phone. she made us go round in routes. we rented the car for 10 hours and ended spend 6 hours on the road. what a waste of time and money

driver kami adalah li, orng yg ramah dan kendati berbhs inggris standar tp tdk menjadikn tur ini membosankan.. li menjamu dengan baik, memotret sangat bagus, d membawa k hidden gem d fuji yg sngt menarik

one suggestion about toll fee, maybe can be inform in advance how much is the cost the rest are ok
