A truly unexpected experience. Worth every penny.

I booked my tickets for 9 PM on February 15th. When I went to pick them up, the ticket seller said that the 9 PM tickets were full and that something hadn't been processed on the app, I'm not sure what. My purpose in booking for 9 PM was so that Landmark 81 and Ba Son Bridge would still be lit up, allowing me to see the whole city. The result was that my tickets were moved to 10 PM when the lights were off. It cost 679k VND per ticket, but it didn't meet my expectations. If there's no agreement between both parties, they shouldn't accept bookings on the app and then change customers' tickets like that.

I experienced a last-minute train delay after arriving at Bach Dang pier. The ticket agent explained it was due to a system shutdown. Since January 1st (lunar calendar), I haven't received my refund. The ticket exchange was smooth, the night view was beautiful, and the time was just right. The ticket price is too high at 339k, what about the pick-up service? The train is fast, less than 35 minutes. The day I went, it was pouring rain and the upper deck was covered. Overall, I was disappointed.

The staff is enthusiastic and cute. The feeling of sitting on the train with cool breeze and listening to chill music is extremely good. The free yogurt ice cream is too sweet for me, and there are no other drink options. The saxophone only plays 3 songs, which makes me feel disappointed. When it rains, the train has a retractable roof and raincoats for passengers. In general, with this price of 339k, I feel it is really not satisfactory!

Worth the ride. Get the riverview seats which are at the boat's stern. They are open air seats where you get fantastic view. The only worry is when it rains.

Beautiful ship, beautiful scenery, good music, handsome musicians. The commentary did not match the scenery 100% but it was okay. Each person got 2 servings of ice cream. The company could change it with drinks for variety.
