It's easy to redeem, it's just that we are told to set the sim card yourself ... If you buy a senior / gaptek it might be difficult

Easy to find and very helpful, very good signal

Whole experiences using this simcard is just "OK" with some reasons: 1. Settings: you need to manually set DNS on your mobile phone by yourself. Not convenience, since the staff not helping you to do the setting. Not recommended for who does not know how to manually setting DNS on your smartphone. 2. Signal & speed: lack of signal on some area in Osaka, like Shinsaibashi, Umeda, and inside buildings / malls. Speed was also the problem, full 4G signal but the speed is very slow, almost like 3G

It has strong signal 4G in Japan. I used it for 6 days here with open 4G almost in daytime to check train map or location. And I can upload some photos during trip. No need to get worry about connection lost.
