Turns out we still need to queue on the immigration line. It took us 10-15 minutes. At first, I also needed to wait for the staff to come and meet us (I don't know if he was supposed to be standby or not). Thankfully, we could get on the plane 10 minutes before the flight.

We booked this service early and got voucher from this App. Got confirmation from their admin how to redeem and meet their staff. But when we arrived in the airport and saw their company sign the staff just said wait and after 15 minutes he just said you are not listed and go to regular line. So I showed him my voucher he didn’t care and I asked about my money he said not his problem. He ask me to contact the company mean the app for complaint. And he just rudely leave us there. And I try to contact the admin again because I need this service since I traveled with kids and we already spent more than 30 minutes without any solution. So after another 15 minutes the same guy come and said ok you go to fast track line the just told me your data for listed. My point is this service to cut our time in line but actually its just the same to spent in waiting, so just a waste of money.
