Everything we were hoping for. 25th anniversary. It is a family resort so if you don't like children being around it might not be the place for you. We found it to be charming. Seeing families enjoying time together was pretty cool. The place is gorgeous. The staff is friendly as ever.

The hotel's landscaping and common areas are beautiful and well kept, and the access to the waterpark and Palomino Island are its best features, however, the hotel rooms in Las Brisas are old, worn down, furntiture and rugs outdated and poorly kept, and the bathrooms as well with very old and dangerous sunken bathtubs. The decor was also very sober and outdated, and the rooms have very old and cheap ceiling fans that are not even necessary given the rooms have AC. I would definitely recommend improving in modernizing the rooms and bathrooms, as well as lines, pillows (very old and wasted) since the comfort and luxury of the rooms is as important as other hotel amenities especially if you advertise as a 4 star hotel (which it is not) and if you charge on average $350+ per night in low season. Another issue is the lack of variety options for breakfast. Only one restaurant (Ventanas) for all of the hotel's occupancy for buffet or a la carte breakfast is impossible to meet the demand on a daily basis, and this was low season, so I cannot imagine high season, waiting more than 1hr 1/2 to find a table for breakfast. The only other option in the entire hotel is the Coffee Shop in the lobby, also super full and with limited variety for breakfast. Finally , the restaurants for lunch and dinner very limited options too, very expensive, especially for dinner, which also limits the number of days you would be willing to stay in the resort.

Excellent getaway in Puerto Rico. No need to have to leave the property but if you do want to explore Fajardo area is a great part of the island.

The resort was beautiful. The kids had a blast in the main pool(s) and water park. The bugs were a bit problematic. The first room had insects in both beds. They were crawling in the white bed sheets. Thankfully, the staff moved us to a different room.

The property is good and beautiful but the common areas are not very clean. The hotel needs better maintenance. Also, the fonolicular needs and emergency exit and stairs around. But we had a great time there.

The gym was great, the amenities that they provide are espectacular. The bed was hard since we are use to plush at home. They are missing a Puerto Rican food restaurant since we missed the rice and beans while we were there. Overall its a great hotel

Massive property with private island, several swimming pools and amazingly scenic views. Family friendly, this place has lots of things to do. One can easily spend 3-4 nights without getting bored and experience relaxation. One area to improve is the food and dining options. After a point, the food seems repetitive especially considering there is nothing much nearby.

Subpar customer services across the board. Do not recommend, especially compared to other resorts in Puerto Rico. The current management has downgraded the experience significantly.

Overall stay was good, except the last day I was denied a table for the breakfast buffet at 10:30am (it’s supposed to close at 11am). I believe that the restaurant is understaffed and weren’t unable to manage the amount of clients. This was poor service for the amount paid for the stay.

Water park closes at 5! The restaurant on Palomino Island does not open until 11:00 AM. The parking is a 30 minute walk away! The walk from the room to pools were far! Plus you have to take a trolley and another long walk plus elevator! The restaurants, bars, coffee shops, ice scream, swim bar all insist on charging your room and then charge your credit card or take your cash! Very disorganized payment system with double billing and daily resort fees of over $65! I would rather have paid all of this up front. Smh
