Very nice classic hotel close to ball parks and entertainment.

The hotel was beautiful but did not live up to the expectation of being a 4 star hotel. When we were leaving, we tried to get a cart to take our luggage and no one would help us.

The staff at the Omni was super friendly. The rooms were clean and quiet. The valiet parking was quick and very well done. I was very happy with my stay here.

The lobby is gorgeous and feels five star. Our kind bedroom was fine. Small bathroom that needed updating but had all we needed and was clean. Great location and overall appeal.

Top notch! Beautiful old school lobby. Spacious room. Very comfortable bed and linens. Convenient to area attractions.

Madeline- our waitress was excellent!!, Friendly and professional, took quick care of us on a busy night, always checked in to see how we were. She truly made us feel at home, excellent staff!! The room was spacious and clean.The bed was so comfortable, we didnt want to leave. Would definitely come here again

Amazing stay from beginning to finish. The location was perfect for attending the ballgame! An easy walk over the bridge to the stadium was perfect! Beautiful building and super clean rooms :) Friendly staff!

Lovely property. Couldn't be more pleased with the physical aspects and with the staff. The only thing keeping me from a 5-star review are the Wi-Fi options. You are given two options for paid Wi-Fi, but with the promise of free internet access if you join their membership rewards program (which I did do, though the process is a bit more involved than most). However, even after joining, I could find no way to access the "free" Wi-Fi option for members. So many travelers need/use Wi-Fi. It would be nice to have an effective option for functional internet access, without having to pay an additional fee. Otherwise, though, we loved the Omni William Penn.

Property was great love the old hotel feeling. It was convenient to everything we wanted do. Enjoyed the SpeakEasy as well. The only complaint is on Saturday night at 9:30 the Speakeasy was ALL OUT OF their LIGHT FARE FOOD. They are only open 3 nights a week this should never Happen.

Pros: 1. was able to pay extra to check in early 2. Valet was amazing 3. Property was beautiful Cons: 1. Had to text and call after no response via their preferred text to check in early (started this process over 2 months before our stay) 2. Air conditioning broke in our room overnight. It was set to 60 and never got anywhere near that low 3. Told front desk about air when we checked out as they should have it looked at. She didn’t care. (We wanted nothing free just an fyi as it’s June and next guests will want it cold) 4. Front Restaurant was a joke. We tried to visit the front restaurant and we stood around trying to make eye contact yet, we were ignored. Finally a manager after he ignored us a few times, looked our way. Husband asked if they were still open, he motioned for us to go to a table “over there”. He walked away. The table was dirty. We left and went to the tap room. Service there was great.

Loved the historical lobby and the speakeasy! Explored the 17th and 21st floors!

It was right in downtown

The Omni William Penn Hotel may have the best shower of any hotel I've stayed in! I didn't have the opportunity to eat in any of the restaurants, but the dine-in menus look fantastic. My room layout was a little awkward. There was little room to navigate between the bed and TV to get to the closet, but it was a walk-in closet! This was a same day hotel reservation, because I had no air conditioning in my home. It was so easy to reserve the room on the hotels.com app and the pricing was perfect.

Check in staff was not friendly or helpful. There was no parking, no signs for parking and no one around to ask about parking.

The bed is uncomfortable, there are barely any amenities, the staff are not friendly, the rooms are dusty, and no on site parking
