Hotel stay was excellent! Taxi service from hotel not so good! Highway robbery! No reflection on the hotel though!

The stay at your facility was very pleasant and comfortable, your services was convenient and efficient. However I stayed at room 1038 and there was 3 inconveniences that I feel must be corrected to maintain your impeccable reputation. 1. Wind was whistling in through the window frame which was very noisy at night during high winds. 2. Construction work was very noisy. 3. A shower door or curtain needs to be installed for comfortable worry free use of the shower.

Too old

Looks like is is being renovated which is great but then close it till you are done

facilities are old and well used. Bathroom water faucets were difficult to control. Staff was amazing!

Good hotel in Central of the city

The conditions of the room i got was very poor. The level of humidity was extreme. The clothes felt wet at touch. Expensive for the value. Not breakfast included. Old towels. Too bad. Location and views are great. But won’t return until they renew or restore the rooms.

Wow what an experience Luxury at its finest, a 5 star hotel & the service was resilient, accommodating & extremely kind I’m very happy. Can’t wait to be back in Buenos Aires so we can stay at our “home”.

The hotel is getting a bit tired, the rooms and carpets could do with refurbishing and the pool is looking dated and in need of a makeover too

The service was great. The actual facility looks a bit tired, especially the room. Great location close to the domestic airport.

The Club Lounge is really only a cafeteria style room. Food was adequate, but no lounge chairs or area. Just tables with chairs to eat. No ambiance or nice view.

The room was always too cold

This hotel needs a cosmetic update. Rooms and corridors are dated and drab with unpatched repairs. Staff were helpful. it was good for my purposes -a safe place to stay for a quick layover after a long flight. Little ambiance though.
