Perfect for a business trip

I do not like how people are allowed to smoke right at the entrance of the hotel. The smoke enters the building due to the wind tunnel as well. As a severely allergic person, this is not enjoyable.

The room was beautiful and the bed was super comfortable. Gym and pool were great. Underground parking is a huge plus.

This hotel needs a refresh. Carpets are worn out. Head board was all cracked which was kind of like a brown vinyl. Guest services was out of order by phone and I was not informed. I stayed here for 6 nights. Bedding was only changed on night 5 after requesting this from a maid. The pool was great along with the fitness room however some tracked in hard mud which wasnt cleaned for 3 days and likely is still not cleaned up. Ranked as one of the best hotels to stay in Saskatoon but its worn out. The front door is very difficult to open when coming in with luggage. It took me 2 hands to push it open. Unhappy with the overall condition of this hotel. I wanted a pool which limited my choices. The ALT is where other family members stayed and it was SO much nicer but doesnt have a pool. Perhaps I like hotels that are newer. I woll not stay here again as it one of the most expensive. I should have stayed at the Holiday Inn because this hotel is at that level. I rank this hotel as 2 star.

Sheraton feels luxurious with the kindest staff. We felt right at home and from the front end staff to the restaurant staff, so kind and giving local advise and recommendations. The pool was such a plus after long days of walking and travel. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!

Wow just wow !!! Friendly staff, great facility including very clean and comfortable rooms. The kids loved the waterslide and pools!! I was walking my luggage upstairs and struggling a bit, one of the cleaning staff helped me with my items and was so wonderful!!! You don’t get service like this anymore and I was thoroughly impressed. We will be back for sure !!!!

rooms are wayyy to dated for the price you pay. hot tubs are overcrowded all hours of the day and temperature wise feel more like a bathtub. additional cost for parking on a 250 a night room is just sad. lounge is supposed to be open till midnight, they told us last call is 10:15. elevators are slow as hell. may as well take stairs.

Excellent service

The pool space was created in a very family centered, mindful way. You can see your kids easily in all areas from one location. It was clean and everything was in working order. The staff went above and beyond. They couldn’t get us in our room by 3pm ( that is check in time, which is also awesome) so they gave us free underground parking worth $20. I didn’t have to ask, they just did it. Plus, we ended up getting into our room only 3 min late. I would stay here again and again.
