The lobby is beautiful but the rooms are old/ outdated. The pillow cases had makeup on them and hair was on mine. The first night was a swingers dance competition so the lobby and elevator was extremely crowded but after the competition was over it was a decent stay

Elevators didnt seem to work well. The place needs a remodel. The staff was very friendly. I especially liked the bartender.

The best part was the fitness center. The fitness center was huge. clean and I was the only one there AND none of the machines were broken.

My stay was beyond words as always with Crowne Plaza. A recommend to anyone who is traveling for a night or two and attending a conference or event in Baton Rouge. Great stay overall.

Great place to stay!

Good Value for a good room.

We got to the hotel around 1:30 and rooms weren’t ready probably not until 3, so we went to the restaurant and were told they were closing at 2. Went back to the front desk at 3 only to be told my room, a balcony room with a pool view was occupied but they could give me another room, without a balcony and a view of the highway. When I questioned the fact I had reserved a premium room I was told a flight crew was in that room. I was given a junior suite instead which was next to the elevator and housekeeping room and the housekeeping staff was not quiet when they started in the morning. And to make it even better when they did the laundry the whole room shook. Besides that the hotel was nice
