The room was very clean and the dove soap dispensers were a nice addition to the bathroom, love that. I love the breakfast section which was an addition cost but was worth the price!!!

I checked in Friday afternoon and came back Saturday afternoon and I was locked out of my room because someone lost paperwork and deleted my reservation. Had to spend over an hour trying to get back into my room that I had paid for and signed for. And was told that I wasn’t even allowed to get my belongings out of the room

Walls are thin and any noise from adjoining rooms carries through easily. That was the major downside. I could clearly hear the TV from the room next to us. We couldn't get a bottle of water from the cafe or the bar, and we were told that they were sold out. We didn't pay a lot and i guess it all came out about as expected. The bed was comfortable and the room spotlessly clean.

Again a very nice place.. Second time in a row I’ve stayed here and was given a room that someone else was in. Luckily again they were understanding when I walked in. Just safety and security concerns for every one involved that need to be addressed

This was the perfect day for us traveling with a service dog. We noticed many others enjoying the facilities as well with their pets. Our only disappointment was that we planned on the restaurant and bar being opened for our stay. Which is why we actually booked here. It would’ve been nice to know that they decided to close the facilities for the week so that we could prepare and plan accordingly.

Air conditioner in the room was extremely loud and heat was turned on to high when we arrived to the room, room was not clean with leftover wrappers everywhere. Phone did not work, tv turned on but did not change channels. Hotel “restaurant” food was barely edible. We are traveling cross country and have stayed at IHG every night, this was by far the worst one.

We had a great breakfast with organic and free range options. The room was nice and clean. There are other hotels in the area and there’s not much to walk to but it’s a short ride to downtown area where there are plenty of restaurants. I would stay here again.

Upon arrival, we were assigned a room that was clearly not cleaned. The room was in disarray, suggesting it needed to be properly prepared for occupancy. To make matters worse, when I returned to the front desk to address the issue, I was given a key to another already occupied room. This error caused unnecessary inconvenience and stress. Furthermore, our room service request needed to have been handled more appropriately. Upon returning to our room for the second day, I discovered that only one bed had been made, and the bathroom had not been cleaned or restocked with fresh towels. In addition, all the towels were rolling here and there on the bathroom floor (which we did not do while we left the room). After all these incidents, the front desk lady did not even apologize. I have always chosen the Holiday Inn while traveling because I enjoy staying there. But this experience was worse than I could have imagined. We felt unsafe for the whole time. Before putting someone in the work, the hotel management should train them so that customers do not feel unsafe and unwelcome. This stay was a waste of money and time.

Great place, great front desk service. Got to my room and it already had someone in it then get to my next room and it’s a queen bed instead of a king like I reserved. Overall, nice hotel just need to tighten some loose ends

The staff at the front desk were both extreamly rude! They have no complementary continental breakfast. Instead charge 9.95 for what is complementary at almost every other hotel. All the vending machines have been removed and you have to buy a drink for 2.00 or an extremely overpriced snack at the front desk!!
