It was nice but service was lame.

My husband and I had scheduled a night away from kiddos and dogs and planned to stay in the hotel, watch movies, eat room services, and enjoy peace and quiet. The tv was incredibly small, didn't work at first, the phone was broken (had to use on speaker) and the room was tiny. We wound up just going home shortly after checking in.

Very comfortable bed slept great Had to wait awhile for the elevator 10-15min A/C was not working

Had an amazing stay

I assumed they had room service as people had placed dishes outside their door. But I was not able to figure out how to order it. Was kind of bummed. Otherwise a wonderful experience. Beautiful hotel. Nice view.

The Hotel is beautiful but I didn’t find the staff very welcoming. I was disappointed and surprised because I’ve stayed there before and I love it.

It was nice but all 3 of the elevators where broken and we had to have a staff member take us is a freight elevator to our floor. 23 dollar parking for a VIP also doesn’t seem to make sense. The was very nice and very clean and we had a nice view.

Location was great.

Old, needs to be updated

The hotel did not have a phone in our room so we could not reach the front desk. Our air conditioner did not work well and it was hot in our room. In the morning we did not have hot water to shower.

I have always wanted to stay at Hotel Morano and I so impressed. My view of Mount Rainier is stunning. The cleanliness and customer service was outstanding. I will be back again. The art work on display is quite impressive.
