Extremely clean and everyone was friendly.

I enjoyed the property's location, and the staff were very attentive. My only complaint is the small bathrooms in the rooms. We needed a little more space, and then everything would have been a 10. I will stay again!!

So it is hard for me to review this hotel! Staff was amazing!!! Super friendly & ready to assist! Valet was easy & super friendly/quick! The hotel is nice but the windows of the room come out to the inside of the hotel! No sun light not views! This should not be a thing OR should be clearly stated when reservations are made -Getting a nice hotel on the river walk but you can’t even see the sky or sun!!! It is a very dog friendly hotel- I am a dog owner, I love dogs but also needs to be stated that most families there have dogs & barking happens 24/7!

Directly in the heart of Savannah’s riverfront ! Can’t recommend it enough!

Very close to the River Walk and other amenities.

We stayed two nights. The first night we were abruptly awoke due to a group of females in a physical fight just outside our window. The second night we were awoke by several gun shots, and then lights and sirens as a person was shot. We then experienced flashing police lights in our window for several hours. We were not aware that valet parking is the only safe parking option. Check out took awhile as we had several charges that were not ours. We loved Savannah during the daytime. We will not stay at this hotel.

Great location and a very nice facility. Plenty of great restaurants and shops nearby. Easy walking along river and the historic areas. Nice place to just view the river activity.

Dumpsters at the front entrance of.an expensive hotel. Valet parking scratched the car. The bathroom was not too clean. Expensive.mandatory destination fee, that I did not meed. Diarrea restaurant downstairs Super saulty food, that should not cost this.much.

Very noisy at night loud cars and motorcycles, rooms old and dated, shower was excellent, staff arguing at restaurant, restaurant open late, front desk staff not friendly, valet service was great, rooms needs to be renovated, bed not comfortable

My wife & I discussed it on the way home & can't find a reason we'd even want to try a different hotel. Great location for everything on River St, clean & comfortable rooms, all of the staff are friendly and helpful, the restaurant is nice & has a good selection. My only mild complaint is the valet fee since there is no option for self parking, but that's pretty normal for downtown locations for many of the cities we've visited. They also make it super convenient by giving you a number to text or QR code to scan to have them pull your car up, so it's waiting for you by the time you make it to the garage area. It never feels too busy, either. There was a golf tournament and a middle school cheerleading competition going on, but everything flows well & don't think we ever had to wait more than one minute for an elevator or having to dodge through crowds. We've been very happy with the past two visits and will definitely be back again soon!
