Clean and great staff

The gm was a duesch bag. Told me to move to the street to smoke when they had designated ash trays 20 feet from the door

Very quiet and clean lots of restaurants close by

The room was great & the hotel is in a good location to be outside of downtown Charlotte but within 20 minutes of most attractions and restaurants. Was very disappointed in the pool not being operational and free parking being the only thing offered in exchange as the pool was a key reason for booking at this location.

Wonderful

They charged us 13 a night for parking 😖 and had pool down for repairs, children were so disappointed and bored. The place was clean😄 but will not be going back

We had a great stay. Beautiful hotel, our room was. Or available and they gave us an upgrade. Will be staying there again next trip to Charlotte.

Staff wonderful. Hotel was fine, bed very comfortable but no micro in room. All in all it was a lovely stay.

There was no pool (in or out) & breakfast did not open until 7 am. Oh well Charlotte was amazing

I definitely wouldn't stay here again. It wasn't the worst but was not the best either. We had to switch rooms because the original one had a few issues: dirty carpet, musty smell and broken bathroom door. We were switched to another room and the toilet was running but we decided to just deal with the noise. The morning/afternoon desk staff probably needs a bit more training as they double charged me for the room due to not knowing how to work their system. The overnight staff fixed the payment issue thankfully. Them, Owen at the pool and shuttle driver were pleasant and helpful. But still would not return.

Overall stay was good but couldn’t understand why electric cars had to pay to charge your vehicle. Most hotels are complimentary. It was not posted you could regular park in the hotel lot with a pass from inside only a sign with a QR code to scan and pay for parking in the lots. Pretty deceptive to the customer. I did go inside and get passes for my 2 cars (1being electric) and asked about a pass for the electric cars and was told they knew nothing about that or how it worked. I thought that was interesting. Couldn’t understand why there was no exhaust fan in the bathroom! Other than that it was good room was clean and beds very comfortable!

On business this property works well. Centrally located with a good bar.

The fact that their have handicapp accessible rooms as far as possibly from the elevators. I asked for a ground floor or first floor room with easy in and out. I was put on the 7th floor in far corner of the building. Was not warned the ice maker didnt work, that they had a leak in the ice room and the ceiling tile was moldy and completely covered in mold. There was a NEEDLE next to the mircowave! I had to have room servicw clean the shower because there was hair in the shower. The bar to "help you" off the super low toilets was COMING OUT OF THE WALL! couldnt use it. There was some weird board in the showernwith exposed screws and chaulking on them, dark shower with no light. Explain to me how the toilet is super low, the sinks are regular height and the bed is super high. If we were wheelchair bound that would have played a big part of an issue. Dont get me started on the PAY TO PARK! and the tiny tiny tiny print that you have to PAY FOR BREAKFAST. If you're going to act like an updcale hotel then BE an upscale hotel. Dont redo your lobby and bar area thinking youre done. Do better for those who need handicapp accessible rooms!

I see bad reviews and got nervous I’m happy we didn’t listen we had an excellent experience. The staff was beyond helpful!
