Nice hotel and great location, service is fantastic dan staff concierge really helpful

We landed early morning in HK and direct to the hotel. Surprisingly they allowed us to check in early as well. Thank you for all the hospitality especially to Ms. Happy for her warm welcome. The hotel 's location is strategic and super close to MTR and shopping mall.

Great room, i've been upgraded, great service.
