The casino was great. Our room however had a couple of issues - the thermostat on the wall did not work. Two repair men had to come up to fix the actual heat/cool unit - the thermostat on the wall remained unfixed. Also, our telephone did not work. Supposedly the hotel is in the middle of replacing the rooms with new phones

Beautiful Fallsview room. Well worth the (small) additional cost. All staff we dealt with were very courteous and helpful. I will stay again; we visit every year on our anniversary in November.

Our room was spacious, clean, bed was very comfortable. Enjoyed that everything was so close.

We were on the first floor and the room was noisy. Nice to have the restaurants on site but you pay deeply for that luxury on top of the tourism tax.

No parking. No room service. No restaurant for lunch. No drop off spot. Par your car other side if a busy street. Services was disappointing

Room was not ready upon arrival at 4pm, they said they would call but never did. Valets parking attendant very Rude.

Clean room. Friendly staff. Directions to back of hotel to check in not clear enough. Parking costs on site are too expensive.
