Mold/mildew in shower tiles. Most likely due to lack of cleaning and no vent in bathroom.

The room is clean and nice, service is great!

Ok place but not worth the cost. Online lists “Season” lounge but all 3 times we’ve been here it’s never been open. Pool area is nice and staff is very friendly and willing to help.

The hotel was easy to access with dining possibilities and shopping near by. I can't remember a whole lot but that only means our stay was problem free. The were accommodating in allowing us to book the room for an additional night and staff were friendly.

The rooms and clean and efficient. The staff was always courteous and helpful. The location was perfect with outside areas away from traffic noise.

The receptionist went above and beyond to accommodate us for parking our motorbike when a storm was coming. We couldn’t have asked for better service.

Property is outdated or at leat my room was. Air conditioner was falling apart.

The room was very clean and nice. The only thing that wasn’t 5 star was breakfast… the eggs were cold and gross and the sausage didn’t taste right. Waffles were good so we pitched the eggs and ate waffles!

This was a horrible stay from the start, had trouble checking in. there was no hot water in the sink. The "amenities" were under construction and it was overall very unclean.

The lady that checked us in was so nice!! It was a quick stay - got in late & left early, but she was remarkable!! The gym was nice too - could use a fan as it got hot in there. Breakfast was ok - Eggs would have been a nice option.

Overall really enjoyed the comforts.

The staff was really nice. It's an older property, so it could have used some renovations and it smelled musty. Overall it wasn't bad for the price.

If you like to play I spy you can spend hours finding issues like broken tiles, dirty windows, worn furniture, stained carpets, broken door locks, or use your other senses and discovery funky smells etc. the epitome of run down.

Was a quick trip to visit family - have stayed before. Could use some updating but the staff we encountered were fine.

Property wasn't well maintained. Wall paper seperating, windows dirty, furniture was worn. Exterior of building was dingy.

Have stayed here several times, and this will likely be the last. We had to request a room change as the first room we got did not have a working TV. The microwave wasn’t even plugged in… same for the fridge so it was actually warm inside. Went to call the front desk and the room telephone didn’t even have a cord..WTH! Got assigned to a new room, but everything, the furniture and the overall decor appears to be original and somewhat beat-up. The room couch just seemed kind of gross, such that we could not even bring ourselves to sit on it.
