The property seemed clean and appeared nice. However, there was an overwhelming smell in the hotel and especially in the room which ruined the experience for us. There was something sticky on the floor in the bathroom that my feet stuck to, and I had to actually clean the floor myself and lay down towels so we could walk in the bathroom. It may be advisable to change cleaning products. I suspect it has something to do with the cleaning solutions used on the floor. The smell gave me a headache and I had to open the door to the outside. I have traveled many places and never had to do that and for around $600 for one night in a suite with additional fees, I was not impressed. I will be sending Hilton a direct review on this property. It is a shame because the property has incredible potential to be a great hotel. When I discussed the matter, the response was a shrug and I was basically ignored and the property response was-you don't like the smell we pipe in. Also, I received a text about my stay and received no response either as if it was just ignored. Why send a how is your stay and you send a response and get no comment?
