The customer service was excellent and friendly. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of things to choice from and the location was perfect.

Lovely one night stay at the Quality Hotel Prinsen,great customer service clean and beautiful ambience. Only niggle the breakfast food although an excellent choice of many foods was not hot..we both had scrambled egg and it was nearly cold. But apart from this an excellent stay.

This hotel had the best service I’ve ever received. They went above and beyond in every way and were very flexible with our arrival and departure times.

Small gym but well equipped. Don't see many hotel gyms this nice at this price.

The bar downstairs is great, being right in the middle of everything was perfect too.

The hotel is ok but not spectacular. The breakfast buffet was ok but not great.

Welcoming staff. We arrived off the Havila boat early and were able to store our bags until check in later in the day. Staff were helpful. Breakfast was plentiful and varied. The location was excellent for visiting all the main sites.

We visited Trondheim on vacation and the check-in was smooth. The room on the sixth floor was great until our TV didn't work. They sent three people to resolve it, but couldn't so they moved us to a room on the 4th floor which was much smaller and inferior in value. After a stern conversation, we were moved to a better room on the same floor with a balcony facing the city. The value was comparable to our initial on the sixth floor. During this process, the staff was accommodating and professional. We received a surprise fruit basket and some beverages for the inconvenience. Our stay was excellent beyond this point, including the impressive breakfast selections and dining options. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and we will stay there again whenever we're in Trondheim.

Nice hotel, centrally located in Trondheim. Walking distance to the center of town, restaurants, shops etc. Nice, professional staff. Nice , clean room with comfortable bed.

I loved that it was snowing,although it was slipery to walk any where.when i got off the airport bus,it was snowing.i had no idea which direction to go,and it was dark.i ask this young guy that came out of a restaurant,and luckily he helped me find the hotel.my room was great.2 of my night stay,the water in the shower was barely warm. The breakfast was very nice.the only thing i didn't like,the mushrooms were so salty. Nice hotel,,and a cute town.
