Monroe and Scotty were amazing! It was friendly and clean.

This was a great spot to visit for our first trip to Key West. It’s right on Duval St where everything is happening. They have a great bar and restaurant right in the hotel. The pool and pool bar are great as well. Very nice and helpful staff. They also have complimentary bicycles to use for the day which is nice (if you wake up early enough to secure them). The hotel was clean and the room was adequate with an honestly comfortable bed. We would definitely stay here again.

I STAYED FOR EIGHT DAYS. THE ROOM WAS ONLY CLEANED THREE TIMES. NO TURN DOWN SERVICE. NO DIRECTORY FOR THE BUILDING. I DIDN'T KNOW THERE WAS A GYM UNTIL THE LAST DAY. WILL NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN

Only problem we had was the hand held shower was broken and the sink drained very slowly

Newly remodeled beautiful property right on Duval and close to all the action. The rooms are a bit on the small side but most hotel rooms in key west are. I’ve stayed in many different places and for the price this one is the best deal due to location.

My stay was very enjoyable. The cafe needs to bring back the breakfast buffet. The menu seemed too limited.

Perfect for Duval street fun. We also walked to our sunset cruise and Mallory Square. Great location. Room was spacious for 2 people.

I booked this trip on Expedia and when I arrived at the hotel, they did not honor any of the deals. In fact charge me extra. Whenever you book with Expedia, take a screenshot of your deal as well as a screenshot of your itinerary. If you do not have that you will not have a leg to stand on with the hotel and even then it’s slim pickings

Check in was avg. No smiles or recognition of elite status. Never any ice .They always had to go run and get it witch took 5 to 10 min . Did not clean room the first day we were there. Disappointed a little.

We had no hot water for 2 days. Drunk teenagers running the halls in the middle of the night. Clearly did not enforce 21 minimum check in age. Minimal housekeeping. $30/day/person prepaid room charges not explained. Room service food substandard. Refund promised but not delivered.

Nice hotel in a great location on Duval Street. The hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly. The hotel has a great bar with views of Duval Street.

This is an old property, but beautifully updated and stylish. Very pricey, with extra fees added at check-in. A $30/day "destination fee" encourages guests to spend money in the hotel's bar or restaurant, both of which are very nice, but expensive. (2 cocktails were $38. Breakfast for 2 was $60). Extra $35/day for parking in the hotel's lot. Classy place in a very convenient location on Duval St, but $1300 for 2 nights is a little pricey.
