Clean and comfortable

Nice place

This hotel has everything right in one place! The beds are so comfortable, room was great size and very clean. Location is great. Staff was excellent.

Hotel seems to have had a recent upgrade, it was much nicer than I expected. Only issue was the air conditioner in the room was very loud and interrupted my sleep, which unfortunately is a big problem.

HVAC unit very disruptive and difficult to control. Toilet handle was broken.

Simple check in and out process. Rooms were clean and having the on site amenities helps when traveling with children! Will be back for sure

Very clean, large comfortable rooms

I did not like having no hot water and only a small stream of water in the bathroom sink. When flushing the toilet, there was some water that splashed out.

Ac not good put on first floor

1000 times better than your Holiday Inn Express, down the street.

It was amazing just wish that I didn’t have to call security twice because other people were being rude in the pool splashing water near a new born baby but thankfully security did there job

Rooms were clean and updated. Very nice hotel and staff.

I stayed here the night before a very important day. There was a fire alarm late at night that we were evacuated for and later in the night the air conditioner stopped working during a sever heat wave. I couldn’t open a window and was told hour after hour that it was “almost fixed”. I slept about 1 hour with my 6 year old son. They comped my dinner but provided no reimbursement for the room charge that was already over priced. When speaking to the manager the next morning she seems unenthused and slight sarcastic. 10/10 DONT recommend.

How can housekeeping look over your room with a please make up room sign on the door ? Honestly could just about understand what they say seems to me alot of the housekeeping staff spoke broken English.
