Nice place. Only negative is they do not have shuttle service before 7am. Front desk girl was wonderful.

Everything up to expected standards

Location was not great. Service was friendly and helpful. Hotel was clean and in good condition. Room was clean, spacious, and nicely decorated with a modern, metro chic look. Bed and pillows were uncomfortable. Pillows felt old and overused. Bed was hard. We’re used to a bit more cushion. Bathroom was difficult to enter because of the size of the door to the small size of the bathroom. Pocket door would have worked better. Only one person can fit in the bathroom at a time. Water pressure was not great. Pool was not filthy and was warm. Breakfast was decent. Black out curtains were not long enough to black out the light. Thermostat was nice to control the temperature well.

Great service by all the staff! Always smiling and great customer service. Our room was clean and the pool was too!

Everything was great. Hotel was very clean. Pool was nice and breakfast was delicious.

Took me awhile to find a hotel with no mentions of bed bugs. They keep the place clean, tidy and comfortable! We had zero issues with our stay and will be back next year for the cluster dog shows! We kept our room clean and even cleaned it down before we left. Our daughter loved the pool and they have a 24 hr gym as well.. couldn’t ask for more! Thank you to all of the staff!

The staff was friendly and helpful, and the rooms were very clean. The only negatives were that the bathroom was VERY small, not like in the pictures. You almost cant even close the door to use the toilet, its that tiny. The tub also had peeling paint or something on the bottom. The beds are also on weird metal frames that make the mattresses slide around and make loud banging noises. But overall we had a nice 3 day stay, very clean, the pool was nice and the included breakfast was also very good. The internet was fast despite how busy they were too.

My stay was very peaceful… I had a smooth check in and out. The receptionist was very nice and professional… The housekeeper’s were nice and polite… My room was very clean, Odor and carpet mark free, the bed very very comfortable I had a room with a view… All though many kids were there my weekend was still very quiet and peaceful… I will most definitely be stay again.

Very nice hotel in nice area. We only stayed for a few hours awaiting our flight. Would definitely recommend this hotel

Overall, the room was nice. The bathroom was very small and hard to maneuver in. It took a while for the shower to get hot. Offers great breakfast. As a Silver member I didn’t receive my 2 drinks or % off meal and it was never offered.

We were in town for a track and field meet.. didn’t get to hotel until later and had to leave early but.. The room was clean,bed comfortable and the breakfast was great..

Love it here

This hotel was everything we needed for our one night in Louisville. The breakfast was fantastic, the rooms were clean, and the space was quiet. We were assigned a room next to the elevator and since I'm a light sleeper, I requested a different room. The clerk moved us a better room on a different floor, far from the elevator. We would stay here again - it was great.

The staff here is always fantastic. Friendly and knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile. Breakfast always has hot options. Rooms are clean and comfortable.
