The hotel was clean, friendly staff. Went to use the gym and was disappointed. The treadmill was stuck in an error mode, the exercise bike straps on the pedals were broken.

Expedia needs to stay updated on the amenities because I went to Holiday Inn for the pool in the pool was down and a few other things water pipe broke so we could take a shower or use the bathroom

The hotel was fine, but I was disappointed by the smell of smoke in my non-smoking room. The entire hallway smelled of smoke and as a result, so did my room. This is very differct for a person with asthma and allergies.

i rent the hotel because my kids what to go to a pool main reason why i book , pool was closed on top of the the air conditioner was not working properly and no hot water to midnight

The room was clean, but had no running water. We went to dinner and then right to bed. We realized in the middle of the night. There was a flood downstairs and they turned the water off. While they can’t control an emergency, they should offer a refund. The pool was broken, elevator broken, no running water, pre paid breakfast buffet turned into a piece of fruit and yogurt. I get that the staff on hand tried their best, but the upper management including GM should have been on hand in some way to rectify the situation financially. I have no faith that they could handle a more serious emergency and would recommend staying elsewhere. A very nice man allowed me into a locker room to use the bathroom in a sanitary way, and gave me a water bottle. Had it not been too late to leave I would have tried to find a new hotel. I’m shocked by the lack of apology, explanation or any refund of any kind they told me to wait for next week when the GM comes back. In my opinion, if there’s a crisis management should handle things. It was a gross night’s stay and not at all the romantic Valentine’s Day that we had planned for.
