Staff is attentive and competent - 5 stars! Building is located in a beautiful location - 5 stars! Building is older and needs to be maintained better. Hall area carpets and hard floors need to be cleaned daily. Doesn't look like they are. Rooms may have been updated recently, but they are not quality upgrades. $900 per night for a tub/shower combo with a "difficult to keep shut" shower curtain from leaking and a psychotic auto light in the bathroom that seems to come on when it wants to, is a bit excessive. Paying this much should get meticulously maintained and clean accomodations. To reiterate, staff is amazing, friendly, competent, etc. Management/ownership appears to be resting on the views and location while taking in your money. Renovations already showing wear/tear. Would stay again, but will review other options before auto booking here.

Very nice oceanfront property. Nice pool and restaurant and bar were great. Only negatives were too many pets and a noisy bathroom fan.

I would not return to this hotel nor would I recommend it. $25 for self parking is too much. This hotel has an expensive resort fee for umbrella/chair setup and bicycles. I had trouble with the beach service trying to keep me from having a front row even when numerous ones were available. The beach guys wanted to herd you to an umbrella/chair setup instead of just letting you find your own. The food and beverage was not very good. They were out of two things requested. Drinks are small and expensive. Check-in took over 15 minutes when they were not crowded.

Service was really poor in all areas particularly with restaurants. Nobody wanted to be bothered by serving you, dinner, breakfast, host stand, bar….all of it.

I was there for a wedding. Would ny have stayed there otherwise.

Never had any type of service at night. Around 8 o’clock we realized only decaf coffee was dropped off in our room so we called the front desk and were told there wasn’t any regular coffee that day and that everyone from housekeeping had left for the day so we’d have to wait u til the next morning Our room wouldn’t get cleaned on time on any day and every time they’d refill some of the toiletries. Never did we have to everything changed and refilled. Some of our towels o b the first nice were dirty but folded with the clean towels. So gross. If any of the guests left food outside of the room it wouldn’t get picked up until the next day.

The only downside at Singer Island are the very ugly skyscrapers that ruin the view. The beach and everything else is fantastic!

The hotel was very nice and had been update with nice bathrooms. The beach was excellent and it was great to get two chairs and an umbrella included with the room. We felt that we were given a not great room (we had booked an oceanfront suite and were given the room directly above a restaurant with an obstructed view )because we booked through a third party and not directly (which was frustrating). The person at check in mentioned it was "better to book direct".

Love the water view rooms ! Beautiful and quiet cell phone service was not good ! The gym was very disappointing . Way too small for families that are staying a whole 7-10 days . Bartenders and service people were friendly by pool and happy to make everyone comfortable . The beach guys were very friendly and accommodating . The market staff were not friendly . Got coffee every morning w food and they barely smiled even w tips . Over wall we had a very nice week .

Clean, nice people, beach and pool, two nice bars, nice staff!

The rooms were very dated and not a personal preference. Some may like it for that reason.

The beach. I did not like the unexpected additional daily charge of $32. It makes no sense after I had already paid Expedia for the hotel room.
