The lady at the front desk was EXCELLENT. Very friendly yet professional. Very helpful.

It’s big property with several amenities, including outdoor swimming pool. The building seems to be a bit old, very slow elevator and out dated corridors decor and carpeting. The room bathroom was nicely retrofitted but furniture and carpet were aged.

The shower was large and the water pressure was very good. The bed was spacious and comfortable but when the covers were pulled back the sheets didn’t look fresh. The bed didn’t seem like it had been made up properly. During our 2 day stay we didn’t once spot a river. We booked the accommodation believing there would be a riverfront. All we saw was a very old bridge with traffic that disrupted our early morning peaceful sleep. The main entrance had pots with plastic flowers and was littered with cigarette ends and dirt including an old sock! Wouldn’t recommend this place.

No lights in elevator. Elevator had unpleasant odor

The breakfast was NOT complimentary. You have to pay over $11.00 dollars per person for breakfast. Luckily there was a McDonalds next door so I could get 2 breakfasts for less than $11.00.

Walking into the hotel i did expect what i foubd i side the room. Lobby and desk area are nice and neat. Room had dust and cob webs in the top corners of the room and dust on the ceiling. The walk in shower had what appeared to be mold. Found zip lock bags under the bed and the mattress was like sleeping on the floor. The hotel is definitely showing its age and cohld absolutely use a full make over.The area was nice for what we needed it for. But $11.49 a person for breakfast is a little crazy for the little they had to offer.

It wasn’t a bad area and I loved the pool! The rooms could benefit from upgrades, in addition to some of the patchwork being looked at. It’s just outdated. The bathrooms could use a fan too! Staff was great and I’d stay again, especially in the summer with the outdoor pool.

All the staff was extremely nice, courteous and helpful. The room was fairly clean, but there was hair in the bathroom and a few stains on the sheets.

Close to White Castle

Great place to stay if you’re heading to any of the sports stadiums in Cincinnati

Workers were grate, room was nice.
