Trip had to be cancelled. Hotel was unreasonable. Insure your trip. You will get NOTHING if you cancel.

Bath rooms not clean Loud noise all night if u are on a high floor due to wind.

Wonderful hotel, wonderful experience

This is my go-to hotel in Cairo. First stay was 25 years ago. Reasonably good in facilities and location. Breakfast is good and some waiter at the breakfast ie. Mr. Bassem is very attentive. My next stay is going to be at the 6th October though.

Smell that were cooking or smoking in the room. Breakfast service not good had to bring my utensils, napkins etc.

Everything was perfect, clean, professional staff, plenty of cuisines to choose from, very helpful staff, felt very safe and there was an element of treating everyone with respect

Overall the hotel was lovely, it is in an ideal location - and the staff were super helpful and lovely. However the noise at night was terrible, We didn’t sleep well at all which impacted our trip and caused cancellations of trips we had planned first thing in the morning. Unfortunately this made the stay in the hotel a miserable one.
