I called two nights before our arrival date and asked for a specific room they said it was fine and yet when we arrived the room was not ready and it was going to take up to two hours for them to clean. Not ideal when travelling with a small child and not to mention the 2.5 hour drive to get there. We just wanted to get in our room freshen up and get ready for dinner complimentary water and snacks did not make up for it not to mention there were TWO BREAK INS in the parking lot and one of them was my friends TRUCK! NOT COOL!

Would be a perfect stay. Pros: Nice property, very clean, good staff, not bad breakfast included, perfect location. Cons: Not very good sound isolation, can hear voices from neighbors. Noices from Victoria Street

Very easy check in, friendly staff. Love the idea of free cookies at the front desk. Only feedback is for the hotel to consider putting in wall mounted body wash, shampoo and conditioner in bigger bottles than giving out travel sizes.

For the location and price paid, it was ok for one night stay. The AC machine in room 401 was extremely loud and kept us up all night long.

Everything is clean and staff is amazing!

We always stay here for the last 4 trips, we love the fact that they always bake fresh cookies for free everyday🤓. And it’s walkable to almost anything including the US border.

My only real complaint is the quality of the Television picture in our room. For the most part we were out exploring the surrounding area but the times we were in the room,trying to watch tv was very hard. The srceen was dark and the picture was fuzzy. We had maintenance come to our room and they said that all the tv pictures were like that. To me that's pretty unacceptable. But besides that, the stay overall was very good.

The staff were super friendly, and the front desk lady kindly let us check in early, made our stay smooth and welcoming.

We had a wonderful experience at Country Inn & Suites by Radisson in Niagara Falls. The hotel’s location is unbeatable – just a short walk to Clifton Hill, the Falls, restaurants, and all the main attractions, yet tucked away enough to feel quiet and relaxed. The room was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. You can tell the housekeeping team takes great pride in their work. Everything felt fresh and welcoming from the moment we walked in. The staff were courteous and helpful throughout our stay. A special thanks to Sakshi from room management for her attention to detail and warm service. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for great value, a prime location, and a spotless stay in Niagara Falls.

country inn and suites was perfect for our three generation family visit to Niagara Falls. Walkable to the falls and restaurants, clean facility, indoor pool for the kids and excellent staff. Special shout out to Amanda at the front desk for excellent welcome.

Everything was lovely checking in to find out we needed to pay for parking not a big deal however would have been nice to know while booking it online. Staff was friendly helpful was pretty qiuick for check in , then everything seemed wonderful in our room nice clean till we found a beer bottle cap on the floor in the corner beside the table and chair lol was our first time having a queen size bed it was terrible uncomfortable lumpy especially in the middle felt like we were rolling of the bed. We made the best of it , entertaining to say the least. Don't think we will buy a king size bed anytime soon lol
