It was fine but had booked and my flight got delayed by the time I arrived they had given my room away. I had to rebook a room and was charged twice, not my favorite experience

El lugar estaba impecable, exactamente como en las fotos —incluso mejor en persona— y contaba con todas las comodidades necesarias para una estadía cómoda y tranquila. Se notaba el cuidado en cada detalle. Además, la ubicación es excelente: cerca de tiendas, restaurantes, y sitios de interés, lo que hizo todo muy práctico tanto para el trabajo como para disfrutar un poco de la zona.

This place looks better on line , rooms are very old and in need of an upgrade. House keeping is rude and come by way to early to clean. A bit of a sketchy place

The pool was closed but they don’t show up in booking apps.

I did not like the idea that I was told they had an open pool. When the pool has not been working for months. you need to tell the truth

Bugs by the toilet and shower. No baseboards Dirty walls , could look right through the gaps of the front door. Old wore out towels, no cups for coffee. Terrible Wi-Fi. Can you on and on. Stay away

It is reasonably convenient to things in the area. However the lock did not open consistently and the place needs updating. They are reportedly renovating; but no evidence in our room. It is a place to sleep not a resort spot.

You get what you pay for.

Unsafe check-in, standing outside, behind a bulletproof glass, while the clerk goes back to a desk across the lobby to check you in. If its so unsafe, I didn’t want to stand there waiting. No hot water for the shower. Waiting for coffee in the morning (0800) Wanted to enjoy my coffee sitting by the pool, which says closed dusk to dawn, not unlocked at 08:30, to use the tables and chairs.

Room smelt of body odor, 2nd room like pinesol cleaner's, did not stay there never would .

It was a little sad the pool was closed but it was a comfortable place to stay

The room smelled like a stale cigarette, even though it is non smoking. The door to the room didn't shut right. The area was horrible. It was very noisy.

Excellent hotel. Not too pricey and immaculate top to bottom! Please give the cleaning staff a raise because they do a fantastic job!
