It was good. But there was no bacon. I really wanted bacon. It's disappointing when the advertisement for breakfast is not met when you arrive. Other than that, Breakfast was satisfactory.

I had a fantastic experience at this hotel during my recent trip to Atlanta. The location was incredibly convenient—just minutes from the airport—which made travel stress-free. The 24-hour shuttle service was a huge plus and made getting around seamless. The property was clean and well-maintained, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. One of the highlights was the complimentary breakfast which was pretty tasty, especially the warm cinnamon rolls and freshly brewed coffee. It was the perfect way to start each day. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and great service near the airport!

TERRIBLE STAY NO AC IN ALOT OF THE ROOMS!! I booked well in advance and still managed to receive a room with no AC. There solution was a fan and comp parking. I was told I can get a new room next day I tried all 3 days there and there was "no rooms" available to switch to. Front desk was unhelpful and I still have not heard back from them regarding what theyre gonna do to fix this.

No AC and desk clerk/manager stated they noticed guests rooms were without AC upon your check in. This is a lie who would pay to stay in a room in summer with AC at this price. I called within 1hour to report AC not working and they were sending someone to fix it. I returned later that afternoon still no AC. I went to front desk Manager was going to take a look at it. He didn’t show up until I called again and asked if they had a fan. At this point room is at 80 degrees around 10pm at night. Next morning I asked staff for another room and was provided with a 2nd fan and offer to wave our parking fee. 2nd day we had to checkout and found other accommodation. Contacted Corporate Office and made formal complaint, by the time we checked out around 9:30 pm Friday the temperature was at 82 degrees.

Shuttle truly comes on demand. At airport pick up every 30 min

The front desk staff was accommodating for my wife and me after a 14 hour international flight.

Everything once I was here was great but I tried calling endlessly trying to figure out what my best way of getting to the hotel was whether via Lyft or take train to terminal and shuttle to hotel. But no one answered my calls at the hotel. I tried calling multiple times. So 4 stars.

It started off rough, first room ac wasn’t working so we were moved. Then that room the water didn’t work in the sink 😕 But Ebony went above and beyond to get us another room that was great! The entire staff were so friendly and helpful! But the manager Ebony was the absolute BEST

The shower kept getting clogged.
