Front desk was very helpful with whatever was needed.

The hotel is nice and a great location from markets, restaurants, and the acropolis. Nice rooftop restaurant with great views of the acropolis. Nice breakfast buffet. Coffee was ok. Friendly and helpful staff. Room was on the small side but clean and the bed was comfortable.

Highly recommended hotel .. Top roof where breakfast is offered has the Acropolis view.. This is a beautiful hotel to stay in Athens

The property is great to get around city center, Akropolis, Plaka etc. You don't need transportation unless you plan on going elsewhere. The staff is very helpful and address any concerns, maintenance issues etc immediately. The only thing that could be a concern is the construction they have going on the Presidential suite. Lots of noise during the day but if you are out of the hotel during that time it won't bother you

Family stayed a few nights in mid April. Service was exceptional at Electra Palace Athens. Every staff member was welcoming and helpful in addressing any needs we needed. We stayed in the Suite Acropolis View & Balcony (Room 605). The balcony was spacious with a spectacular view of the Acropolis. Room was clean and well maintained daily. Their restaurant on the top floor has a breathtaking view of the Acropolis and Athens. We enjoyed the breakfast and never had to wait for seating, perhaps being in April before the high season. Electra Palace Athens is located walking distance to the Acropolis, museums and plenty of restaurants, shopping. Highly recommended!

We really enjoyed the hotel, the restaurant, our suite with a beautiful view, and the room service and front desk attendants. Also, the bell hops were very helpful. Just about everything a person would want to see in central Athens was in walking distance.

This is a beautiful facility…. Nice and elegant lobby, walking distance to all mayor point of interest . Breakfast is excellent and is served in 8th floor where you have the Acropolis view.. Housekeeping staff is excellent.. Reception personnel is superlative.. they are helpful in anything you might need . I really recommend this hotel .

Nice hotel with a great breakfast and restaurant staff. We stayed with small children and felt a little unwelcome at times, especially when in the main lobby, with the hotel more geared towards non-families. The third bed option in the is quite uncomfortable and the air con is loud Perfect location and views but overall very expensive compared with the experience

This hotel was amazing! The staff was friendly and made us feel welcome - from the front desk, to the housekeeping, to the restaurant staff - all of it was excellent. The hotel was clean, comfortable and was in a great location. We loved this hotel and will be coming back.

The hotel is in a great location, walkable to all the key sites in Athens, in the heart of Plaka and its restaurants and shopping. The view of the acropolis at the rooftop restaurant and from the pool is breathtaking. All the staff are helpful and knowledgeable. The only criticism is that our room was smal and dark, the decor and the room is showing its age which made an otherwise very pleasant stay in Athens disappointing.

Outstanding hotel in the most ideal place in Plaka. Wow… what a view of the Acropolis. The staff was simply outstanding and the breakfast unbelievable!!!
