Very quiet and improving

Was a good motel to stay at for 2 nights during the races. The maintenance was a little lacking, broken toilet seat in the bathroom, pool needed attention. But overall was a decent stay.

Staff was very helpful, efficient, hospitable. Location, facility was in good condition, Breakfast great. Nice quiet location. Clean and comfortable.

Very quiet and clean

Both front desk agents (Vanessa and I didnt get the other agents name) they were fabulous and accommodating. The rooms were fair and clean. Our overall stay was good and customer service was the best.

The staff was great, the property was clean, and the location is convenient—close to fast food, coffee, gas, and with easy access to I-80. > > I deducted one star due to the unusually early breakfast cutoff—8 a.m. on a Sunday. In over 40 years of travel, I’ve never encountered a motel/hotel that ends breakfast service that early on a weekend. Management should reconsider; at the very least, extend it to 10 a.m., or don’t offer it at all. We had to head to Starbucks and spend an extra $40 for the family—definitely not ideal.

Do not provide water bottles and rooms. There was also some unprotected infections on walls in room and order everything in the restroom.

It was a clean, comfortable room, friendly staff. All good except ice machine was not working.

Dirty. Stains in the wall. Peeling paint. I would never stay here!! The staff was nice

Toilet seat was loose, light in vanity area didn’t work. Shower door handle was loose. Ice machine wasn’t working, had to work to other side of building for ice.

This location feels safe, the management is proficient, the room is comfortable enough and well worth the low pricing.

We checked in at 11:15 PM and the person in the lobby was so sweet. It was just myself and my daughter so I asked if we can get a room close to the office and she was so understanding and acommodating. Our bathroom sink was clogged which was a bit of an inconvenience.

I visit Vacaville often as my husband is in SOL. The check-in was very quick; the hotel is very quiet and convenient. I checked in late and was offered a later check-out date. I will be booking again.
