Absolutely NOT Recommended A Complete Disaster! Our stay, or rather, lack thereof, was an unmitigated disaster and an absolute scam. We had two reservations for the nights of July 11th to July 13th. After dropping off our luggage early, we returned only to be assigned an already occupied room. When we requested a change, we were shockingly told there were no available rooms, despite having paid in full! We felt completely ripped off. To add insult to injury, it's now 10 days later, and we still haven't received a single response from the "manager" who never even bothered to show their face after this horrendous experience. To make matters worse, it was my brother-in-law's anniversary weekend, and this establishment stole our money and ruined our celebration. We are still demanding, at the very least, an apology and a full refund. Avoid this place at all costs!

Absolutely disappointed in this hotel. The property was dated and the second night I had to switch room due to an ant infestation. Ants were so bad they trailed the walls and got into my luggage into all my clothes and shoes. Front desk staff deemed it appropriate to crack jokes about it when trying to resolve my issues. If it wasn’t so late I would’ve demanded a refund and left. I switched rooms instead but I’d never return.

Everything was great, the only bad thing was that their pool was not open.

Nothing more to ask for than a clean establishment.. it was clean and smelled soo delicate. The staff was awesome, I was able to check in a little earlier, even after a busy weekend. And the waterfall shower, oh they spoiled me.. lol

I liked the staffs commitment to giving others the best service to their customers. Vinny the overnight staff member was exceptionally helpful making sure his tenants receive a calm and smooth night as well as Jay the midday staff whom resolved many problematic issues during his shifts. I also liked the privacy of the rooms as well as the complementary breakfast they offered in the morning.

The hotel is next to a major highway. It's very noisy. We couldn't sleep. The room was smelly.

Lots of abandoned houses and businesses

It was a fine hotel, our smoke alarm kept beeping and the front desk was very kind and called maintence, it still wasn't fixed and then he came up and took care of the problem.

Housekeeping bad service

I stayed at this hotel several times based on location. However, there were issues of concern. *They assigned me to a room, and the window shade wouldn't open. I was then assigned to a new one. *Was checked into a room, but a staff member changed the room number later that night, causing confusion on checkout day *Was assigned a room, but it did not have a fridge or microwave. Was told it was "upon request only", which is a bait and switch since it's listed in amenities for the room when booking *Returned to the hotel after an outing, and the floor was wet. I will never stay here again. I've stayed at this hotel at least six nights. I gave it several chances to improve. I liked the area and the proximity to where I needed to go.
