The room was clean, the staff was friendly, and I appreciated the included basic breakfast. I thought a room safe was a standard item in hotels but I was wrong. I should have paid more attention on the room description on Expedia. Overall, I had a good 3 day stay. It’s a basic hotel but I would recommend it.

Stay the heck away. Overpriced dump. This place was terrible. The shower drain was clogged. We reported it. They came in and fixed it only it still clogged. Water builds up and creates a very dangerous tub to step into. I slipped. They do not have safety gripes anywhere in that shower floor. Combined with the glass wall this is a super dangerous situation and a lawsuit waiting to happen here. There was a homeless person in the breakfast area one of our days. Definitely no security or concern for guests. She walked it, pulled her hat low to hide her face and loaded up her bags with foods.

The room seemed newly renovated. So many plugs for electronic devices. Loved that the breakfast had an alternative milk ( Oat) . It was clean and check in was easy

Super clean hotel. Checked in late like 1:00AM and had to check out in the morning. Breakfast was very good and staff were super helpful.

I always love coming to this hotel when I'm in Ottawa. It has what i need and is around many things around it that i can walk to. The service/staff is always excellent. I always enjoy my stay here. The breakfast is always superb.
