Amazing staff and property. My absolute go to whenever going down to Tucson.

Property was well maintained, employees were helpful and welcoming. The room was large and the bedding was superior

The hotel is run down…I’m very disappointed and will not return there. The bathrooms need updating. Our shower need to be refinished as it looked like it was painted over.

The hotel was quite night and a bargain in the off season but the bathtub was a little rickety and the drain was slow but that was tended to by hotel staff. Also, the air conditioner was subpar and extremely loud on our first night. They did fix it the next night and it was slightly quieter and more efficient. The bed was comfortable and otherwise the hotel was quiet.

The property was lovely. The staff was great. The beds were very comfortable and we had a wonderful view of the Catalina Mountains.

Dated hotel. Long wait checking in, even heard a story of someone jumping to their death in the lobby. Room ok. Very loud AC every time it clicked on. Pool needs some upkeep - not enough towels, ants everywhere, cracks around the pool - just shabby. Housekeeping knocking at 8:20 am, only stayed one night, so totally unnecessary. Quick stay, thankfully.

The reception was hot, the tubs were not remodeled and looked stained, dirty, rusted. Very dissatisfied

Room was dirty. Bathroom was gross. We are incredibly disappointed and quite frankly shocked that this is a Hilton. There’s too many things to list, and my only advice would be to look at the reviews and make your own decision. I have higher standards and my husband, and even my husband was disappointed.

Great room with a view

Great place. Price is perfect.

The room had several issues with the remodel. The shower wouldn’t drain properly to the drain, the slope of the shower floor moved the water in the opposite direction, the vent in bathroom didn’t work, the toilet seat was not attached and moved when seated, and room 400 the door SLAMMED like the entire building shook. We went down to purchase morning coffee and the attendant was so embarrassed because there was no supplies like basic heavy cream or half and half but the nasty little fake stuff in plastic mini cups, the coffee was extremely bitter and we couldn’t even drink it… sad the room coffee was free and much better.. so sad , could definitely rethink quality of breakfast and coffee as that is HUGE to most guests stay.

My family and I stayed here for a night and we had a wonderful time, we plan to return soon!!

Was a very nice stay.

We had a raccoon making noise in the middle of the night . We were moved to another room , that AC did not work finally moved to a 3rd room .Now it showed we were charged more on our credit card & no call back about the situation

Room was clean and bed was comfortable

No hot water all 7 days.

Great customer service

It was a short stay but the room was clean and the sleep is really good , recommended !

Room was dirty, found a dirty sock and food on the floor. Not a great area either.
