The first room they put us in had squished bugs on the wall and the cable box was hangung off the wall. They then said they didnt have any other room available, but eventually gave us a different room. The second room had dead bugs in the corner. I do give them props for giving us a refund, but that's the only thing good.

I was greeted by friendly staff , hotel was very clean . Great breakfast , with good options. Great mexican food just next door . Room was clean with no issues and at a good price .

Very clean, convenient and comfy. Staff was very friendly. Safe location and easy access to everything.

Overall my stay was pretty good. The air conditioner was so loud I had trouble sleeping the first night and had to buy ear plugs for the rest of my stay. Carpet in room and desk chair were very worn and tattered. I appreciated having the refrigerator and microwave in the room and having my room cleaned and towels refreshed each day. Breakfast was pretty good, but seemed strange that they had same choices every morning.

Would definitely stay there again.

Since opening, it doesn't appear much if very limited maintenance. Beds are not firm. Toiletries not replaced if staying more than one day and bed linens not changed. Elevator smells like curry.

Safe Area Friendly staff

While sitting in the chair in my room, I killed a couple tiny spiders crawling on my shoulder. The next day, I realized I had a spider bite behind my ear. The refrigerator isn't cold enough. The rest was good.

Friendly staff and good washer/dryer facilities.

Areas of improvement opportunity, (1) check in computer way too slow, took over 15 min. (2) add coffee machine or hot water heater in the room. Very inconvenient to have to go downstairs to breakfast room every time I need coffee or tea, (3) add oat meal for breakfast, breakfast is very basic, (4) install safety bar at bathtub for safety. Thanks for considering.

Great rooms, gteat price.

This is the second time I have stayed at this property and have been very pleased with both stays. Each time I was riding the Katy Trail and the Baymont was very accommodating with a very friendly staff and seems to cater to bicyclists. I'll be back when I ride the Katy again!

Upon check in I was overcharged before I arrived and the hotel didn’t make any arrangements to accommodate the extra charge on my account. The room did not cleaned the next day during my stay
