The clientele kids throwing rocks and chasing the ducks. Just trashy. The bed was hard as a rock too

So convenient for airport travel. They are so easy to shuttle with and with the airport experience

Room was good, but the heating system did not seem to be working properly. Buffet breakfast was very good, with wide variety of choices.

We had an amazing stay at this Doubletree hotel! Very clean rooms, delicious sandwiches in their restaurant, people are super nice! There is a Starbucks and 2 restaurants!

Very clean and quiet

We had something wrong with our first room. They said maintenance would fix it while we were away. We were gone 5+ hours and the issue was still present once we got back. The front desk staff was cool, and the guy that worked night shift on 5/9 was very accommodating and helpful and moved us to a new room where everything worked. We probably won’t stay at this hotel again but the front desk group was awesome and hospitable.

Maids started cleaning in the rooms next door to mine and I could hear the vacuum slamming into everything echoing into my room starting around 8 am and they were yelling to each other in the hallways. Luckily I needed to be up by then but I would’ve been so upset if I wanted to sleep longer since check out is at 11

Helpful and friendly staff. Close to the airport and great accommodations!

Rooms were bare, dirty shower with the water going everywhere (poor plan), and the shower walls had hair stuck to it & was peeling. The comforter had what looked like a bloody lump of something in it. The toilet barely flushed. The sink wouldn’t drain & had black hair stuck in it (looks like same hair from shower wall). Overall, cleaning & maintenance was poor - not worth the cost. The service was decent & the lobby bar was nice. Final thought is disappointing for a Holiday Inn.
